I’m so glad I decided to invest in a full 10-session Rolfing series—it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body. Ossian is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and his work made a noticeable difference in my healing and alignment. Ossian is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable throughout each session. I’m almost finished with his 10 session workflow and have noticed significant improvements in tension, posture, low back and knee pain. Definitely recommend!
