I had an excellent Rolfing experience. Ossian is caring and professional, and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the sessions. He explained everything clearly and helped release fascia tension in my body. Reliable, knowledgeable, and truly easy to work with — I highly recommend him!
I had my first ten-session consecutive Rolfing series with Ossian about a year ago , and one thing I’d say to anyone trying Rolfing for the first time: stay with it and trust the process :) Ossian was able to relieve most of the ailments and discomfort I was dealing with at the time. He’s extremely skilled at what he does, professional, and very intuitive in his approach. Now I see him periodically on an as-needed basis for maintenance and ongoing care. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering Rolfing.
