I cannot recommend Ossian enough. My job generally demands relatively poor static posture, and add that with trying to train for different athletic endeavors as an old man it leaves me with imbalances, pain and soreness. Starting with a 10 series a few years ago through the present Ossian has kept me feeling great. He approaches the appointments on time and in a professional manner and from an obviously well-educated background in Rolfing.
I did 10 sessions with Ossian after some lower back / disc issues that evolved into some ongoing sciatica pain. I had tried chiropractic and various forms of PT and massage therapy, but nothing sorted me out quite like Rolfing with Ossian! I’m so glad I decided to invest in a full 10-session Rolfing series—it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body.
