Dr. Ulvestad is friendly, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. I have had ENT issues for 50+ years and Dr. Ulvestad is the best ear doctor I’ve ever had.
I stopped into the office for a new tube in my hearing aid, not being a current patient. I paid $5.00 for Ronny to replace it , only to find out the tube is too short, and does not stay in my ear. I am unable to wear it, and the place I bought it from said I could walk in to have the tube replaced any time, only to tell me when I have stopped in 2 or 3 times 'we can't do that right now". What we pay for these we should get better customer service. Also paying the $5.00!!
The doctor was too rushed and confused me with a different patient. He even forgot to send my RX to my pharmacy.
