I recently accepted a position at Roleystone Medical Centre and feel it’s important to share my experience for anyone considering employment there. I was offered 30-hour fortnight with “reasonable additional hours.” However, I was immediately rostered for 45 hours in my first two weeks. I had a very disappointing experience with Roleystone Medical Centre and, unfortunately, cannot recommend their services. I was especially disheartened as a local resident of 10 years who hoped to rely on this practice for quality care. During my most recent visit, I was running slightly late for my child’s urgent appointment due to the challenges of managing small children. After reading the comments I was sceptical but i dont go to the doc much and needed a doctor today. Had my first appointment with Dr Ojo. He's great. Thorough and worth the visit. Easily one of the best doctors I've seen. Someone complained that he yelled at them but i think sometimes you need a stern doctor. Reception seemed good for the 9 minutes I had to wait. Quickest, easiest visit to a doctor I've had. Genuinely impressed with the place.

I had an appointment booked for 12 o’clock today for my son at Roleystone Medical Centre. Unfortunately, I had forgotten about the appointment because I have two young children to care for, one of whom is unwell. At 12 o’clock, the clinic called me, and I explained that I could quickly get my children in the car and be there within 10 minutes. The receptionist refused and said they could not accommodate this.
