Gorgeous friendly staff, that I watched help all of their booked patients as well as check microchips for several roaming pets that were brought in by the public. They clearly care for their patients and had great memories, even remembering one of the strays brought in from months earlier, and troubleshooting until they found the record and owners. They are also always happy to transfer me through to the rehab centre next door when I call the wrong number haha
Do not go to this vet clinic. We brought our dog in after he suffered a blunt force injury to his leg, and our experience with Dr. Jillian Coyle was extremely disappointing. The medical notes she provided stated that the injury was related to a surgery from two years ago—an issue that is not covered by our insurance—which has created unnecessary complications and significant administrative stress as we now work to correct this information. We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful English Springer Spaniel, Rosie, and the team at Roleystone Animal Hospital were simply wonderful. They were so kind, understanding, and compassionate, and never made us feel rushed. Their gentle approach and genuine care made an incredibly hard day a little easier. We’ll always be grateful for the way they looked after Rosie — and us.
