First time walking into this boutique. I cannot speak highly about the kindness and warmness shown by members of the staff from the security guard to the host and to our SA Laura, a true empath. This is a great exhibition of Brand ambassadorship. Felt unrushed and well taken care of. Major contrast for myself with other ADs in another major Canadian City which left the opposite in emotion. Bravo!
I highly recommend booking an appointment with Gina Huang — she provided a guided tour of the Rolex range and patiently helped me hone in on my personal portfolio. Gina not only demonstrated the functions of the selected timepiece professionally, but was very observant of the chemistry—or lack thereof— between me and the watches I tried on.
Dropped by the boutique today and was helped by Carol. She provided excellent and professional customer service, answered all my questions and helped me resize my watch. Thank you!
I visited the Vancouver boutique on Alberni St last week and was helped by a lady name Lalin. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Needless to say I walked out very happy. Highly recommend
