Not a particulary 'Rolex experience' insistance on replacing the Braclet in the initial quote, when pressed it became a clasp and some links, and service. We then had an extended wait for said clasp to travel from Geneva. . On arrival to collect To be derided and looked down upon because Rolex's eftpos was broken and multiple cards were declined , with the insinuation it could be a me pronlem, told we dont take cash , although many of you would like to pay cash, read into that what you will.... thats a Rolex problem not mine... read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs. I took my watch in because I had shattered the glass and they quoted everything from replacing the hands the watch face and repairing a bracelet that was not broken. Rolex (Australia) shouldn't be in business. They are a blight on the name of Rolex. I have phoned the service centre four times and left a message to phone me regarding a complaint, and no one has phoned me back. I recently had my watch serviced as it was intermittently stopping. I spent $1250.00 and it still stops. I, so far, have not been able to contact Rolex.
