I’ve been on Polacheck’s Rolex waiting list for over three years. In all that time, I haven’t received a single phone call, email, or even a simple update on my status. That’s not how you treat loyal customers. At this point, the so-called “waiting list” feels more like a marketing tool than a real list. If customers are expected to wait years, the least a retailer can do is communicate with them. What a complete waste of time. Transparency and customer service matter.

If you’re thinking about putting your name on Polacheck’s so called Rolex waiting list, don’t waste your time. Total scam. In my experience, there is no confirmation email, no follow-up phone call, and no communication whatsoever. Most legitimate waiting lists provide some form of acknowledgment that you’ve been added. We received absolutely nothing. Instead, after asking about new Rolex models, we were directed toward preowned watches being sold at two to three times the original retail price. I had an excellent experience with Polacheck’s Jewelers Rolex Service Center. Karla was absolutely amazing,professional, kind and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made everything smooth and stress-free.
