I’ve been on the waitlist for a Rolex for over two years now, and unfortunately, I still haven’t received a call or any real updates. It’s disappointing to feel overlooked after such a long time, especially when you hear of others getting calls much sooner. I understand that demand is high and inventory is limited, but clearer communication or a sense of transparency about the process would go a long way. At the very least, it would be nice to feel like my interest and patience are valued.
I have never had such an amazing experience at a Rolex store! From the moment we walked in, Isa Hamdan and the team made us feel truly welcome. Even though they didn’t have the exact model I was looking for, they didn’t just say “no” and send us on our way. Instead, they took the time to engage with us, offer coffee, and make the visit special. What stood out the most was how Isa went out of his way to connect with my dad, who doesn’t speak English.
