I’m honestly beyond disappointed with the customer service at Polacheck’s Jewelers when it comes to purchasing a Rolex. I have also called the owner 4 times to return my call and all I get is crickets. Like many others, I was told I was “on the list,” yet months go by without a single phone call, update, or real communication. Meanwhile, I constantly hear from people that the watches are somehow going to preferred clients or customers spending large amounts on jewelry first.
