It’s been hard for us to find a good vet for Kashmere since moving from CLT to Raleigh. This is literally the sweetest, outgoing, clean, caring vet ever!!!! This will definitely be our new vet home.
Bella was seen immediately after an emergency. All the staff was so sweet to her. I always have superb care at the Rolesville veterinary hospitals and have been going there for almost twenty years.
The staff are always compassionate and kind with our cat and polite with us. They are not aggressive about prescribing treatment and they respect the pet owner's concerns about costs. They won our hearts years ago when our cat came home soaked in heavy grease (from an unknown source)-- and they actually washed the cat for us multiple times until her fur was back to normal. That is amazing commitment to animal welfare!
We've been taking our pets here for the past several years and they're always professional and very friendly from reception to the vet techs to the vets themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing routine preventative or non-emergency care for their cats and dogs.
Provided great care for my new kitten. Cleaned his ears so well and got us in and out of there so quickly. Assisted with submission of doctors notes for pet insurance.
