Purchased 4 new truck tires about a year ago costing over $1,400. When I bought them the owner told me that there is free lifetime tire rotation. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, he said no, just come in any day but Monday and we'll get you right in. Went to get the tires rotated and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Some much for getting me right in. Sorry, I'm old school, I can't do business with a company that doesn't keep their word.
Rolands is my go to tire shop. Great customer service. Great location and convenience right near my job.
