The must humble, and caring doctor I have ever dealt with. My daughter has been suffering for almost 6 years. He spent 2.5 hours listening to us and our concerns, and recommended so many thing to do to help treat her. He’s is 2 hours away, but it was worth the trip. I will tell everyone to go see him. I can’t appreciate him more than I already do!
The most unresponsive Doctor I have ever had the displeasure of working with, does not return calls, does not return texts and does not make sure patients get their medication.
I never leave reviews and I truly would give it zero stars if I can. I have been calling for a month every single day to get the paperwork needed over to my daughters school. We saw him once after waiting 3 months for an appointment and he said he would email the paperwork. Never emailed and not once answered my calls or returned any voicemails after. Horrible doctor, horrible service. More than a month calling and sending emails to him to send papers to evaluate my daughter. He simply ignores all. He simply accepted the first appointment and he even did it online despite the fact that we were 1st time patient. Clearly mercantilist, so sad!
I never write reviews, but I can not say enough great things about Dr Sousa. He spend over an hour with my son and I. He connected with us, explained everything, and was so patient and caring. We both left feeling hopeful and satisfied. I have never been so happy with a doctor and am so grateful he is on my sons care team from now on.
