This office is very unorganized. I had to call and give them my insurance information twice (the second time because the office person forgot to save it into the computer). My husband is deployed so TRIcare is all new to me. When they never called me back with an issue, I assumed everything was fine with the insurance. Prado prescribed hydroxyzine for my daughter so I gave it to her before the appointment. I arrived at the appointment and they told me I only have TRIcare medical and not dental.
