I agree that Dr. Manalo was extremely rude, condescending and refused to listen to me about my children's health. My son has been seen for six years by a wide range of specialists, all who agree on his diagnosis. Manalo walked in and three minutes later said that he was a medical professional and I didn't know what I was talking about, that my son was fine. We have used Dr. Manalo for 9 years. The waitroom time is sometimes long but I feel it's because he actually spending time with the patient. He discusses issues and develops a plan based on your child's needs (and we've had some). Unlike most places where you are treated as another #. I don't always love dealing with the office staff but feel he is worth it.

This Dr was rude, condescending, and truely didn't care about anything I had to say about my children. He talked down to me and treated me terribly when calling to inquire about some things. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
