Rolanda and her staff were very professional and friendly. My tax return was done quickly and without any hassle. Her fees are very reasonable. Easiest return I have ever filed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
This was my first time using this tax service. I was not disappointed. I was looking for a more personal experience not just a "drop off" and we'll call you when we're finished to let you know how much you owe. The service was personal in that I actually got a chance to sit down and discuss my taxes with a professional. I also received a follow-up call to give me the status after my income taxes were filed.
