Great communication and customer service! Highly recommend.
Beware if you take a tour with Mark. He will oversell and overpromise and then deny saying things. I went with my daughter at the beginning of the year to tour apartments and Mark said the unit she is leasing would have a washer and dryer in it by Christmas. He specified where they were going to install it and a date. Nothing has been done. And now he’s denying saying it was ever promised. He just said it was a possibility. Roland isn’t perfect, but they’re always extremely quick and effective in solving problems. I recently called about a broken washing machine, and within two days they didn’t even just fix the problem, but got us a brand new washer AND dryer. They also recently renovated the lobby and it looks great. As far as Campustown realty goes it doesn’t get better than Roland.
Roland realty just tried to charge my roommates and I 3,000$ for “damages” to our house that was filled with mold and flooding everywhere. We took such good care of that house and they are taking full advantage of a college town. I do not recommend.
Just moved out and had a really positive experience renting with them. My apartment had nice finishes and amenities for a great price. Leasing office and maintenance staff quickly respond to issues and clearly care about making sure you have the best stay possible. Highly recommend renting with Roland.
