The semester started with a cleaning fee and at the end after spending 10 hours of deep cleaning an empty apartment to get it to the condition seen in the photos. They still charged their exorbitant fees for small paint chip damage and cleaning. I have regretted living at Roland Realty this past year! DO NOT LIVE HERE. I interviewed with the company before moving in and the employees mentioned they didn’t give a F@!K about the residents and wanted them to have a great time in college providing beer/alcohol or whatever to stay in competition with the other well managed and maintained property management companies, the “new kids on the block” they referenced.
