I have found the service of Roland Plumbing to be prompt, communication to be clear, and the service exemplary. Roland Plumbing has done service on 2 different properties for me. He installed a high quality water heater, assessed and installed a water pressure valve. Both projects were completed promptly and communication was complete and professional. Ken is a master craftsmen at his trade. He replaced my burner and I couldn’t be happier with the time it took, the quality and the price. That was two years ago and I recently had its annual service and again Ken surpassed all my expectations with his service.

I had made an appointment a week in advance, for date of 5-26-20 to have a simple job done, he was to be here between 8:30-9:00 am he never showed i waited until 10:30 before i called to get update or to find out if there was a problem,never got a call back this was all after i made arrangements to be here. I left three more messages and never heard anything back.My time is important also.

Just had my water heater replaced... Service was amazing! High quality work... great pricing... responded quickly to my calls... was right on time... and biggest for me.. HONEST.. didn’t try to sell me into something I didn’t need... Highly recommend Roland plumbing for any job needed as I will definitely be using him again in the future!
