The doctor is fine. But the front desk staff provide bad service. It’s not okay. Even when rescheduling appointments, they are very impatient and seem angry. It’s completely not good.
My wife had been Dr Nyein’s OB patient for over a decade and he was a caring, honest man. This review is more about how his front desk staffs was so disrespectful, lazy and arrogant, severely damaging the great reputation of Dr Nyein. Every time my wife had an appointment and came to his clinic on scheduled time, the ladies at the front desks wield their power and belittled my wife, laugh at her when asked about how much longer the wait will be even though she had arrived on time and had already waited for over an hour.
