highly would not recommend this individual, he lied to my face about how my sons case was a no brainer and that we had plenty of defense material to work off of. on the day of my sons trial, this sad man left his witnesses out of any piece of defense, when asked at the beginning of the court he had not brought footage needed to defend the matter with and when we asked if he needs our copy and that its in the truck he softly stated oh no need we can use the prosecutions. what a joker, and then at the end after conviction was ... read more

I cannot recommend this individual. He consistently rescheduled appointments, often showing up two hours late, neglecting his duty to educate me about court procedures. This occurred for eight months leading up to the trial, as evidenced by call logs and recordings. He pressured me to accept plea deals, despite my desire for Veteran's Treatment Court.
