I received regular acupuncture sessions with Roland over the course of about 6 months last year and had such a positive experience. I was having a really difficult time with anxiety and found his sessions to be both nurturing and healing. It felt incredibly helpful to see my health through a much wider lense (than of a Western GP) and in a much more holistic way. Roland is exceptional at what he does. He is professional, caring, knowledgeable and kind. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was completely new to acupuncture when I had my first appointment and now I am a total convert! Initially saw Roland for some distressing sleep issues I was having following the death of my Mother in 2020. After a few sessions I was sleeping soundly again. Was so impressed that I have been having regular appointments ever since for all kinds of things and more often than not, notice a big difference after treatment. Roland is very personable, attentive and clearly very skilled at what he does. If you are considering accupuncture then please give Roland a go, he comes highly recommended.
Roland is a lovely and thorough therapist. I have benefitted a lot from his acupuncture and would highly recommend it. He has a calm and kind way that makes the experience more enjoyable
