We were embarrassed to find the main problem was simply dead batteries in the thermostat - easily taken care of. But they did a thorough check of the system and noted potential problems for us to watch. And we were only charged the $99 diagnostic charge.
Nick is the best! Our furnace went out late last night & they sent tech “Adam” the following morning to our home who was terrible unqualified. After 7 hours of Adam unsuccessfully attempting to fix the problem, Nick came in & within a half hour we had heat again! We can’t thank Nick enough, he knows his stuff & is so kind & patient! Awesome customer service.
