Today Derrick Weber came to do electrical work on my Generac he was excellent and very knowledgeable and neat work very professional and knowledgeable. March 26. On another occasion I had a major water problem and Avinash Ramsaywack did an excellent plumbing job also very clean and neat work. When I had no heat they were here and fixed my problem. I would lightly recommend Roland Downs to anyone if they were looking for good service neat work and thorough service.
This was our first time using Roland J Down's services. I phoned mid-day regarding an issue with my furnace & they arrived the same day. Myles was our technician & he was able to resolve our issue in short order. Myles was professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and happily answered all our questions. Brandon and his team came today to check in on our tankless hot water heater and furnace/ac unit. He was very kind and thorough. He even went above and beyond to check on and address other issues and questions that we had. He and his team did an awesome job! Thank you Brandon!
Roland J Down performed a tuneup for me yesterday. They were scheduled for AC only but I asked if they could also tuneup the heating system and they accommodated me with essentially no advance notice. Adam C did a thorough check of both systems and also did a thorough cleaning. Both Adam C and Sean gave detailed explanations of the work performed and expectations of our equipment moving forward taking into consideration the age of the equipment.
