Excellent service and quality repair.
Mario was knowledgeable and professional while troubleshooting my steam boiler. Our problem was solved and we’re thrilled.
Not impressed with quality of work or professionalism. Switchboard personnel are courteous and responsive
Had Brandon S. Replace my gas valve in my furnace. Showed up and got right to work. He went over what he had done and had did some additional tests to make sure everything was working correctly and nothing was leaking. Brandon was a friendly and professional technician. I would probably call Roland j. Down again for future service.
Samarah M. showed up right on time, and did a complete inspection, then thoroughly cleaned the furnace. It is running fine now. We just turned our furnace on for the cold months ahead. She was very professional, and any questions I had, she answered them in detail. Samarah was very pleasant. I would ask for her again if I needed help with repairs for the furnace.
