We had a great experience with service techs Sean and Shayne today. They called last night and again this morning to verify when they would be showing up (and I also received a text about this). When they came to house, they were very professional, courteous, and answered several questions I had about our unit, and furnaces/heating in general. Unlike other service companies we've had, they took their time and explained everything to us. Highly recommend this company and the Sean and Shayne duo!

Karam Singh came from Roland J Downs and did an excellent job fixing our kitchen sink and a protection valve for our pump downstairs. was impressed by his knowledge and dedication to doing the job the right way. appreciated his transparency and how he represented the company in the best way he possibly could. a keeper for sure and someone any company would be proud of having on their team. great work RJD. Called Roland at 11 on a Sunday they were onsite before 12 did the service call and couldn’t be more pleased. Adam C and Ted were awesome and professional never calling anyone else.
To start off, I have reached out to these guys twice a day for the last 3 days to try to get them to fix this issue. I had them out last week for an issue with my toilet, they gave me a quote in mins, I approved and he started the work. About an hour in, water started gushing from my ceiling. I went up, told the guy and he quickly came down to see what was happening. He admitted that he left the water line leaking into my ceiling for an hour, but that normally he uses a bucket to catch it. He stopped the issue, finished the ... read more
