Adam did a maintenance check on a newly purchased Samsung Lenox heat pump. Adam was very professional and answered all my questions. Which I had many. He went out of his way to request an item from the main office. He got back to me as soon as he got a response. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.
Adam Z. Was the technician.He was professional and informative. He took the time to explain what had to be done. His work was clean and complete. . He did have to reschedule the AC unit due to the cold temp outside ( and snow). He rescheduled the appointment prior to leaving. We would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you
