Great Doc with a well-run office and professional team. He did my sinus surgery, is about to do my sleep apnea implant. Excellent care all around.
Do not go to this practice. I had 4 appointments. Walked out after being informed that the wait was over 2 hours for 2 appointments. Waited over an hour for the other two, but was seen. The practice was also unclear on weather or not there were stents left after my surgery after I walked out of my post-op appointment. (Fist they said I had to come back for removal, scheduled me with a different doctor and called back a half hour later to tell me I didn't). A very good ENT surgeon and very knowledgeable in his work, but he needs to work on his patient-doctor approach. I would recommend him for someone who needs sinus/surgery.
I was a patient of Dr. Gerencer's for almost 2 years. He was the "most respected and best ENT in the area." After a couple of appointments he suggested a revision sinus surgery (I had my first a year and a half prior to that). When I didn't feel relief after a couple of months after surgery, he simply said that it 'takes time.' My first surgical experience with this doctor started with him showing up late. I'm writing this review for my Mom, Mona Kamerzell, as she doesn't have access to a computer. She was extremely disappointed in her appointment with Dr. Gerencer. He was an hour late to the appointment. When he did show up, he was rude and told her he was a specialist and only saw the worst of the worst cases and told her to go home and use salt water and walked out. Very disappointed that he would treat an 85 year old woman with such disdain.
