Cannot say how satisfied i am. They replaced my propane boiler, fair price showed up when scheduled and cleaned up. Very happy with the job done
Had a broken water line in the baseboard heater that hasn't worked since we moved in two years ago. Called at 9:30pm and received a call back within 10 minutes. Guy walked me through the maze of plumbing over the phone so I could shut the water off to only the baseboard. Cost $0.00!!!! Would highly recommend; quick to respond and nice professional service.
Temp below zero, when heater from Roland C. Abbott Plumbing and Heating, Littleton, NH, failed. Abbot repairman "couldn't find anything wrong with it," so he cleaned it for $150. TWO-DAYS LATER, heater failed again! 2nd Abbott repairman "replaced the problem part" that the 1st Abbott repaimanr missed, for $870. I requested a refund for 1st unsuccessful $150 service call, My request was rudely denied. Abbott does not care about their customers or back-up their work.
When we got home and had no heat, we were extremely worried. We spoke to the on-call technician Matt, who helped try to triage the call over the phone. It was determined it needed to be serviced in person. Matt showed up quickly to our home, and had the heat fixed in under 3 hours from the initial phone call. He was so friendly, explained every step and provided a great service. Our toilets backed up and they sent out an emergency crew the same day, which was very helpful. However, maybe because their crew doesn’t normally do this type of work, it took the two workers 4 HOURS and every possible billable tool to figure out how to unclog the drain. They finally did get things flowing, but the system started backing up again a couple of days later and we were in the same predicament.
