Customer service is better than any company I've ever purchased from. Owner genuinely is passionate about cycling and wants wheels that fit you best. I am a sprinter and needed a wheel that could handle abuse of harsh mountain roads, but be stiff enough to put the power down. The D'huez with 24/28 Sapim spokes is perfect. Thank you again Sean!
