Hi I had a terrible experience at this salon. The shop was dirty, which was already concerning, but what made it worse was how extremely rude the staff were. There was zero professionalism — I was spoken to in a disrespectful tone, and any attempt to ask questions or clarify things was met with attitude. The communication was poor throughout, and I left feeling upset and uncomfortable. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Basic respect and cleanliness are the bare minimum, and this salon failed on both.

Very very bad place for ear piercings. I had my 4 year old get her ears pierced here and let me say it’s the worst place you can go for a piercing. First of all, they gave a very very cheap earring that turned rotten the next day, and it’s causing my child to get an infection. Second, they did not provide any aftercare or any advice about how I should care for the piercing. Didn’t say a single word about how should I care for the piercing and how long that earring should stay on the ears before I can change it to another one... read more

If you call the salon, the call is answered by someone who isn’t even there. They told me to come in, but when I arrived, I was told there would be a 45-minute wait. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

I visited ROKSHANA'S WORLD (Beauty Salon & Boutique) and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the place may look appealing on the outside, I felt that the attitude toward certain customers was not as welcoming or respectful as it should be. Everyone deserves to be treated with equal kindness and dignity, regardless of background. Based on what I experienced, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this business to others.
