We have done business with ROKO for many decades and have always had stellar service. Recently we have had our air conditioning in our motor home repaired, it works perfectly now. We have also had our air conditioner repaired for my car, it also works perfectly now. The kindness, professional service will keep us coming back for all our needs. We recommend them highly.

We ran into a problem Sunday with our boat. Harold was very friendly and informative on the phone and got us in for a Thursday fix. Told us it was likely 2-4 hours however they fixed our problem in 1.3 hours. They were recommended to us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Approachable, friendly, informative and honest. Fantastic old school customer service. Thank you Harold and your team!
