Rokken Bakken was recommended to me by a mechanic at the local Firestone. Firestone screwed up my car and I brought it to him to fix. He broke it worse and refused to do any work on it even though I tried to leave it with him twice. Dropped it off Sunday and he said he could fix the brakes and the window. Couldn't get the parts but said I could drop it off Tuesday evening and he could get it done by 9:30pm. Possibly correctly diagnosed my window issue, I'm not sure, but he didn't reconnect all the parts of my door correctly ... read more
