Disrespectful service, and overall doesn't care much about patient wellbeing. Dr. Zaheen does not have any regard for patients and will openly shout personal information in hallways. She pressures and pushes and demands you get unnecessary / unwanted treatment. Zaheen did not know why I was there for an appointment until she asked if I had any remaining questions, which was when I asked if she knew why I came in that day. Careless, reckless, and doesn't care for what the patient wants from their appointment.
Her staff is curteous and profesional. I love the fact that I do not have to wait to see her. She listens to me and understands my concerns.
I really like Dr. Zaheen, and I think she is brilliant. Why does she tolerate incompetence and rudeness by her staff? I did have a good experience with Monica, and I also had a good experience with someone in the medical records. But there is another person who is condescending and inappropriate. As a patient, you don't want to give up Dr. Zaheen, but someone on the staff makes it almost impossible to stay.
Front office staff is unbelievably rude. Horrible attitudes.
The staff is very rude and unaccommodating. I called on a monday morning to refill an ambien rx which i'd run out of and the person said, "well i see you have an appointment tomorrow can you just wait?" I said "sure, i can wait until tomorrow i just won't sleep tonight". She then said "well the Dr. is coming in late today so she won't have time to do it so just wait until your appointment tomorrow" I think i'm done with these people!
