Great doctor mine for over thirty years
Denied me an insulin refill. Sometimes my pumps get clogged or I have to wait for them to ship and I’m out so I’d use Lantus in such cases. Nope she clearly knows better than me at having type 1 diabetes. Denied me the insulin and asks if I want a flu shot. Laughable. Comical. Horrendous. The staff is super nice though
Disrespectful service, and overall doesn't care much about patient wellbeing. Dr. Zaheen does not have any regard for patients and will openly shout personal information in hallways. She pressures and pushes and demands you get unnecessary / unwanted treatment. Zaheen did not know why I was there for an appointment until she asked if I had any remaining questions, which was when I asked if she knew why I came in that day. Careless, reckless, and doesn't care for what the patient wants from their appointment.
Her staff is curteous and profesional. I love the fact that I do not have to wait to see her. She listens to me and understands my concerns.
