Her staff is curteous and profesional. I love the fact that I do not have to wait to see her. She listens to me and understands my concerns.
I really like Dr. Zaheen, and I think she is brilliant. Why does she tolerate incompetence and rudeness by her staff? I did have a good experience with Monica, and I also had a good experience with someone in the medical records. But there is another person who is condescending and inappropriate. As a patient, you don't want to give up Dr. Zaheen, but someone on the staff makes it almost impossible to stay.
Front office staff is unbelievably rude. Horrible attitudes.
The staff is very rude and unaccommodating. I called on a monday morning to refill an ambien rx which i'd run out of and the person said, "well i see you have an appointment tomorrow can you just wait?" I said "sure, i can wait until tomorrow i just won't sleep tonight". She then said "well the Dr. is coming in late today so she won't have time to do it so just wait until your appointment tomorrow" I think i'm done with these people!
Receptionist are very rude! Came in twice and non of the three were wearing their masks. When one of them noticed I wasn't wearing one, she quietly put hers on and hypocritically told me to put one on while the other two didn't even have one to put on as I pointed them out. Second time they were so up set that I was pointing out their hypocracy they tried to kick me out. As I am 1 of the few patients left that USED to go there, Zaheen did not back them up in her loss of income, lol. Zaheen herself is a bad dr. As well. Too m... read more
