We had a great experience with the Calgary RokBand clinic. Kevin walked us through the initial scans, helped us prepare for insurance coverage, and clearly explained the program. Appointments were always on time and efficient, and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming. We’ve already recommended the program to several friends with head shape concerns.
Marie was lovely to work with! She was very patient with my wiggly baby and informative with any questions I had! The treatment program worked much faster than expected! I would recommend it to anyone considering treatment for their baby! Kat at reception was probably the best receptionist I’ve ever encountered as well!
We just finished our son Vaughn’s helmet treatment at Rokband Pediatric Headshape Clinic, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the entire team was absolutely amazing. He loved his helmet, it was lightweight, comfortable, and the colour was so fun. The experience with ROKband clinic was very good. They are so friendly and very professional. The empathy, reasurrance and advise given is really commendable, proving they care a lot about their clients. Marie attended to us, and she was so nice. I highly recommend ROKband.
