We're overjoyed to celebrate Hezekiah's graduation from Rokband Edmonton Clinic's treatment program for Brachycephaly Noted for a wide, short head, often a result of extensive back sleeping, leading to a flattened back of the head. The clinic's expertise has transformed his head shape, we're thrilled with the outcome. and the support throughout our six-month journey. They were always available to help and kept us informed and follow up every step of the way.
We were putting so much pressure on ourselves to fix the flat spot, but as soon as we went in for a consult, we felt the stress lift. Baby wore a Rokband for 5 months and never once cared he had a helmet on, every other baby we met in clinic was the same. I could see a visual difference in 2 months. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff, and the helmets worked great for our daughter. Her head is officially within a normal range and we couldn't be happier!
Kara was so amazing!! She was very helpful, patient and kind. She made a stressful situation easier. She was so knowledgeable and understanding and made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Glaiza at the front was so friendly and always very accommodating when booking or rescheduling appointments!
