Amazing receptionist and wonderful Doctors! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a headshape clinic. 10/10 service from beginning to end.
Such an amazing experience. Right from consultation to graduation the staff were amazing. Everyone is so kind, supportive and knowledgeable and truly there if you have any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. The offices are always clean and tidy as well which was such a perk for us!
Vanessa was amazing throughout the entire treatment along with the rest of the team. Always gave timely response to after hours emails and assistance when needed. Thankful we chose ROKband for this entire process
Wonderful experience with Rokband. I worked with Vanessa and she was amazing.They even do a "graduation" at the end that is the cutest thing. Never had one issue with this place. Highly recomend!
Our experience with Rokband was great from the first initial consult. Our son started treatment around 6.5 months and graduated at 15 months. His Headshape corrected drastically and he had really no issues with full time wear from day one. The staff were great at the Edmonton location. Vanessa was always very friendly, professional, prompt with responses and took the time to explain the process well so we knew what to expect.
