We had a great experience at Rokband. We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa, who was fantastic. Our son had a level 4 head shape when we first came, and after 5 months of treatment, he graduated at level 1. It was always easy to book appointments, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and Vanessa gave us lots of helpful advice throughout the process. Such an amazing experience. Right from consultation to graduation the staff were amazing. Everyone is so kind, supportive and knowledgeable and truly there if you have any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. The offices are always clean and tidy as well which was such a perk for us!
Vanessa was amazing throughout the entire treatment along with the rest of the team. Always gave timely response to after hours emails and assistance when needed. Thankful we chose ROKband for this entire process
Wonderful experience with Rokband. I worked with Vanessa and she was amazing.They even do a "graduation" at the end that is the cutest thing. Never had one issue with this place. Highly recomend!
