Sitting at the kitchen counter completely changed my opinion of Roka Akor. I had a front-row view of food preparation and was disturbed by the sanitation practices: I saw very little handwashing, and the same rag was repeatedly used to wipe knives and other surfaces without being sanitized or replaced. I might never have noticed from the dining room, but seeing this firsthand especially while raw fish was being prepared made me extremely uncomfortable. At this price point, I expected far better sanitation.
Amazing! Highly recommend the chefs special.
