If I could give a negative rating on here I would. They are by far the most incompetent people I have EVER dealt with. They killed EVERY breaker in my home because they messed with my electrical panel. 3 months after they closed my pool I happened to walk by my pump and heard a humming THEY LEFT THE PUMP ON RUNNING DRY FOR 3 MONTHS. Best Pool Service team ever!!!!
Used them recently for a water leak at the pipes. They diagnosed it as 3 valves for intake that were responsible. Replaced them along with some other plumbing. $$$ of course. The day they finished, refused to open the plugged downspouts in the pool, pointing index finger at me “you do it”. Repair manager, ‘Jake’. Not only that, the moment I opened the chlorinator, in front of their eyes, it blew up. They didn’t do it but that was cause of the leak all along.
