They are the worst! We had our pool opening this week, they were here 10 minutes on Wednesday and left within 10 minutes because of lightning (understand that). Now Friday and came back for 5 minutes, and did literally nothing. Rained today and our pool nearly overflowed, they never backwashed it or even cleaned the pool whatsoever. I will not be paying for this service and we will be searching for a reputable company. I could not give zero stars or I would have. If I could give a negative rating on here I would. They are by far the most incompetent people I have EVER dealt with. They killed EVERY breaker in my home because they messed with my electrical panel. 3 months after they closed my pool I happened to walk by my pump and heard a humming THEY LEFT THE PUMP ON RUNNING DRY FOR 3 MONTHS. When I called them to ask if they would accept responsibility they blamed me and said that I had left it on. I have broken & missing returns in my hot tub.
