Best Pool Service team ever!!!!
Used them recently for a water leak at the pipes. They diagnosed it as 3 valves for intake that were responsible. Replaced them along with some other plumbing. $$$ of course. The day they finished, refused to open the plugged downspouts in the pool, pointing index finger at me “you do it”. Repair manager, ‘Jake’. Not only that, the moment I opened the chlorinator, in front of their eyes, it blew up. They didn’t do it but that was cause of the leak all along. Used them for a while with no issues, but when we ended up having a major pool issue they couldn't "fit us in". They said they prioritized their regular customers first even though we had been their customer for years. Would not recommend! In response: We always booked in advance for pool closings and openings, but it is impossible to "book in advance" when a major issue arises suddenly. This company is always booked and is not reliable or responsive in helping current customers. Will never use again.
