Professionally cleaned and extremely efficient. It was a really fair price for the services I had completed (interior detailing and exterior wash), and my 5-yr-old Telluride with smashed gummy bears, milk stains, and all sorts of other dirt came out looking brand new. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
I was in a bind and way behind and needed to have my trailer washed out. These guys were the only game in town from where I had to make a pickup in Haverhill, MA. My trailer got rejected because it needed to be washed out. They did an outstanding job here and had just the best customer service. A lovely lady was actually looking for me as I was coming around the bend in this way to bring my truck in and she pointed me the way to where I could pull it up and they started washing out right away. I do not recommend Rojo Car Wash. My experience was very disappointing. The wash malfunctioned while my vehicle was going through, and an employee had to drive my car off the tracks because it stopped working. It was inconvenient and unprofessional. I paid for the Platinum Wash which included a vacuum service and paid additionally for tire shine. The vacuuming was not done properly, and I actually had to remind them to do the tire shine because they were about to send me off without it. To make matters worse, no refund or co... read more
