I do not recommend Rojo Car Wash. My experience was very disappointing. The wash malfunctioned while my vehicle was going through, and an employee had to drive my car off the tracks because it stopped working. It was inconvenient and unprofessional. I paid for the Platinum Wash which included a vacuum service and paid additionally for tire shine. My favorite car wash. Although not always every thing is fully functional like the tire shine but overall great.
Hello, I’d like to share my experience at the car wash. I’ve used the service a few times, trying out different packages like Platinum, Gold, Diamond, and so on. Unfortunately, I noticed that regardless of which package you choose, the end result is always the same and not really satisfactory. Moreover, when I asked about cleaning the doors and the wheels, I was informed rather rudely that this wasn’t part of their service, which was quite disappointing, especially for the higher-tier packages.
