I somehow managed to sign up for the monthly subscription when I purchased my very first car wash at this place. I immediately asked for a refund and this was within 20 minutes of the purchase. Someone took my information and said they’d process the refund at the station I ordered from and would call me right back. Obviously didn't happen. Now I’m off to the Better Business Bureau for a good fight.
I visited for a birthday coupon had an issue “my fault” . The staff was very friendly and helped me out. The wash itself did a great job as well. I’ll be back!!
Just bought a car wash plan here, great place to wash your car, I've got many compliments as to how clean my car looks, they even shine the tires.
All of the bad reviews on this page are the most inaccurate things I’ve ever seen. My car looks great and the free vacuums got the job done! I will definetly be coming back. You definetly get your moneys worth!
I've been going here since it opened and thought it was the best car wash around. I went today and found it not what it was. One pay lane open with no receipt, The vacuums are half the suction that they were for both banks. There were broken hoses on the ground contributing to lack of suction. Air blow hoses not working either. One improvement was thin nozzles to get between seats. A little daily maintenance would be a greatly needed improvement. Seems like a change in management or no monitoring of the facility.
