During our car wash a side panel detached from the driver side door from one of their brushes, the manager heard the noise just like we did and we talked to him and he explained that after market parts they can replace the item with but they can’t replace your vehicle with dealer parts because they need approval from the owner anything over $100. We have a membership for Rojo (that I will be cancelling after this post) and when it is open, it does a great job. But easily 50% or more of the time that I make a stop, it's closed for maintenance or weather. Annoying to be paying for monthly expense that can be used half of the time. If it's open and you are stopping in for a quick wash, worth it. Skip the membership unless you have endless hours to check on the maintenance status daily.
Too expensive
I am very happy with RoJo Carwash. Last fall, I drove over a mess of extemely smelly garbage at a local intersection. Luke, in Walpole, understood the dilemma and did the very best he could by taking that extra step with the power wand to my wheel wells! It helped a great deal. Thank you Luke. You went beyond my expectations! This week, the Rojo car wash did a great job also. We had light showers outdoors, so it wasn't busy at the Walpole Rojo.
