Rick was a pleasure to work with. He understood our specific situation and was helpful, understanding and very accommodating with our special situation. It helps that he speaks both Spanish and English. He took his time explaining all the confusing health insurance lingo and requirements. I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Rick Rojas. I was referred to Rick by my father, who has been a client of Rick's for years.
