Horrible staff. I ended up getting additional bills from other labs
Dr. Rojas is a fine physician whom I have trusted for 33 years. Lately his staff, however leave much to be desired. I had an appointment on 12/16/24 for a PE & told him AND HIS STAFF that my insurance would have 100% of my copays until 12/31. He ordered an expensive medication that needed prior authorization. I called the office several times but they said that the authorization was “pending”. When I finally got the call saying that the authorization was obtained, it was in January and the copay was >$650! I received a lette... read more
The people in this office lie, they don't tell you the truth, if you have to take the immigration exam, don't go there, they tell you that it costs $250 and you end up paying more than $1,100. It's incredible that after that, they don't even give you a receipt and charge the laboratory tests in a different bill, something that they never tell you the first time you call
An extremely competent Doctor ( and wisely... chosen a partner..with A Specialty in the heart .. a Cardiologist with spotless credentials). A second generation Doctors...who knows All the life savings tricks of the Trade... Yes a somewhat crowded.medium...office....may get a cranky comment.....BUT WELL..WORTH THE EXTRA WAIT
