First time using ROI for our tax prep. We had an EXCELLANT EXPERIENCE. The whole office was SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. Our tax advisor, TREVOR was JUST FABULOUS. I cannot recommend him enough and the whole group!!!!

I have worked directly with ROI for tax for the past two years. They have helped us immensely with year end planning and have provided great communication and follow through. My previous CPAs seemed to be in the stone age and communicated through email (including emailing over private info such as my SSNs!). ROI has a secure database I can upload everything to and they provide a very easy checklist each year so I know what documents they need to prepare my returns. If I could give a zero I would. I could go into all of the details about deadlines missed, no communication for weeks on end, and fines received because of their incompetence but I will just leave you with this….. I regret giving this company a chance. I was patient and kind throughout the entire process and it got me nowhere. I am now very close with the Oregon Revenue Department. They have been way more helpful that ROI ever was.
