This was the first time I had worked with ROI and they were terrific start to finish. They were clear up front on each challenge and managed the whole process with care, concern, and quality. Chris and the team at R.O.I. Roofing and Construction went to bat for us when our insurance company tried to deny any replacement costs for our damaged roof. It was a stressful time for my wife and I, but R.O.I. fought the good fight for us. Then, they quickly and expertly replaced our roof. You won't be disappointed.

R.O.I. replaced roof, garage trim, siding repair, new gutters, and chimney replacement. I was happy with all the work done. Chris kept me informed throughout the process and was always available for questions. The crew could not have been better and left the job site cleaner and tidier than when they started. Very happy with every part of this job and would recommend to anyone.
We had a new roof installed by ROI, and they were up-front and transparent with us at every step of the process. We were fully informed and there were no surprises. ROI did what they said they would do, to include working with our insurance company on the claim details. It was nice having a roofing company we could trust. We would use them again (but hope we never need to!)
