R.O.I. replaced roof, garage trim, siding repair, new gutters, and chimney replacement. I was happy with all the work done. Chris kept me informed throughout the process and was always available for questions. The crew could not have been better and left the job site cleaner and tidier than when they started. Very happy with every part of this job and would recommend to anyone.
We had a new roof installed by ROI, and they were up-front and transparent with us at every step of the process. We were fully informed and there were no surprises. ROI did what they said they would do, to include working with our insurance company on the claim details. It was nice having a roofing company we could trust. We would use them again (but hope we never need to!)
The team at ROI was fabulous. They were quick to respond to our roofing repairs. Gave us a detailed estimate as well as a committed schedule. Team arrived on time, explained the repairs and completed. No hassle and well worth the cost.
Chris Kostopoulos was very helpful throught the whole process. Worked with the insurance and installed new roof quickly. Very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend this company.
