Highly recommend! Ins denied my claim, he helped me with the appeal process. Had to fight all the way to arbitration, but we won and ins ended up paying the full amount.
Would give 10 stars if I could! Wife and I decided to expand the house and reached out to Vic at R.O.I. He came right over to see what we had in mind. In no time at all, there was a plan & a budget ready for us to approve. Very fair estimate and project is coming along on schedule as promised! Would definitely recommend Vic and ROI to anyone in the Azle/Lake Worth/Eagle Mountain area!
We found a soft spot on a part of our roof during Christmas light install. ROI gave a great assessment and was very helpful providing data to and working with our insurance. Three days total from work start to completion. They kept me well informed of the entire process and very professional at all times. They protected our property during the demo phase. The clean-up was excellent. Use ROI if you want it done right.
Had gutters and minor roof repairs completed. Very professional and well done, and Chris and the contractors are patient to answer questions and give explanations and are overall great to work with!
This my third time to use Chris at ROI over the past 6 years. Chris has years of experience will also help you battle the dreaded insurance company (if needed)! He will hold the insurance accountable for anything that should be covered. I have been very satisfied with all their repairs and their subcontractors. I had a huge project with lots of moving parts and they handled it effortlessly. ROIs project manger, Vic, has also been amazing and is worth noting.
