I called Chris about getting windows replaced on our home. He came out the following day and gave us a quote that was very fair compared to other companies we had provide estimates. Once we gave Chris the go ahead on the order he advised us that it would be 6-8 weeks for the windows to be ready to install and due to the number of windows the install would probably take 3 days. Alvin and Chris are standup pros. They answered all my questions about the windows, E values, warranty, etc and about installation. They know their stuff and take care of business! Highly recommend!!
I just had ROI replace all the windows in my house. Chris and Alvin answered all my questions and are very easy to work with. The install team were friendly and very clean. Drop clothes were used inside and out while windows were being replaced. Once the new windows were installed they were cleaned. The team ensured all my questions were answered before the left. I highly recommend ROI.
They came and clearly explained everything and cost. Very impressed. Windows were delivered from the factory on time, promptly scheduled. The crew was punctual, polite and professional. Windows installed and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Other than having fantastic new windows, I couldn't tell they were there. Great job!
