They came and clearly explained everything and cost. Very impressed. Windows were delivered from the factory on time, promptly scheduled. The crew was punctual, polite and professional. Windows installed and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Other than having fantastic new windows, I couldn't tell they were there. Great job!

ROI installed a window and then a full glass storm door. From Alvin and Chris to Rene and the 2 young men assisting him, I couldn’t have asked for more. Perfection is how I would describe them all. Very personable for any concerns I might have. Also prompt to return calls keeping me informed, with great cleanup afterwards and just very exceptional people to work with. Their prices are very fair and I highly recommend them!!

R.O.I replaced 29 windows in my home and I absolutely LOVE them! Alvin and Chris were amazing to work with from start to finish. They showed up during installation to check on the crew. The Crew did a fantastic job with taking out the old windows and installing the new. They did all the clean up and along the way answered all my questions. The crew was also very respectful of my home. I highly recommend ROI for home improvements!!!
