As an athlete training with Rohrsen Performance for 6 years, I have nothing but great experiences to share. I began training with Nate in 7th grade with hopes of increasing my vertical, limiting knee pain, and strengthening my body to compete at a high level. Love Nate! Great workouts helping me get through the quarantine. Really thankful for his efforts to accommodate my capabilities. Highly recommend! I’m updating my review-Rhorsen is in the Madison WI area now. He also has a group that meets on Zoom throughout the week, it’s awesome!
I have been working with Nate for 3 years. He’s thoughtful in creating workouts that work for me and keep me getting stronger. He’s always supportive even when pushing me to do more. I’d highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
If you are looking for someone to train you, help you with your injuries or just need to exercise Nathaniel is your guy! I have been training with Nathaniel since before COVID. I was having trouble with walking, getting up from the floor and injuries. He designed a program that helped me get back on track with walking and I can get up off the floor without help. I am physically better because of Nathaniel.
I hired Nathaniel for a bachelorette for a large group of ladies. He was on time professional and kept everyone on track, positive, and having fun! He was super knowledgeable about fitness but also adjusted to each person’s abilities and was patient with everyone. He had music and was an excellent leader. I would use him a million times over!!
