Heather Rohrs is Awesome, smart, efficient, compasionate, good listener, and did I say smart? Yes! 5 stars. BUT, The office staff, I do not know her name, I would tell you if I did, but I will identify her as "Old Blondie". How dare she ask me why I called the attending doctor on a weekend. It is none of her business.- She is NOT A NURSING STAFF. She is Rude and condescending. She TOlLD me to take the patient home and come back 2 hours later because "they are double booked". Heather doesn’t care about her clients in the slightest. Wish I could leave a zero star review.
Just a bunch of money grabbers with no empathy and completely devoid of compassion. If you fail to pay them their quarterly tribute of your insurance money, they will just refuse to refill your prescriptions, no matter what sort they are. The office staff won't return your calls, nor will they call you proactively to let you know what's happening. Unfortunately, Google won't let me leave zero stars.
Heather is a very good provider however her office staff is very rude. They are condescending and don't listen. You can leave a message and never get a call back and have to keep calling over and over until you finally reach someone and boy, do you regret it!! There is no privacy as well, you can hear everything going on in the entire office.
Very professional and efficient.
