Very professional and efficient.
As a new patient, I found the office staff friendly and helpful. My first appointment was thorough. Once established as a patient I have had nothing but positive experiences.
I like how efficient she is, but I do feel very rushed and she’s ready to get me out of the room once she makes it in. They have years of billing problems. They state they have both of my insurances on file, which will cover the entire visit. Both insurances are what they state the accept, but yet I’m billed for every appt afterwards and just told “not our problem, we use a third party for billing”. The girls behind the counter are obnoxiously rude and do not provide good customer service. I’m honestly happy I found another ... read more
I love this doctor's office. I would highly recommend them. I again want to put 5 stars on this but won't let me put another review on.
