I understand situations come up.... But it's ridiculous when I call and call don't get a call back and when I do they say they ll call back. Then I wait and then get a letter in the mail saying they closed. So thanks for a heads up earlier where I could've started looking for a new orthodontist which isn't freaking easy pretty pathetic tl
I’m honestly really sad right now because I’m in the middle of braces and we got the letter that he retired good for him and everything but now it been well over a month and I was excited to get my braces colors change out but now that won’t happen cause we need to find a new place to go thanks a lot I’m very disappointed and my teeth hurt just everything about this is just horrible
If I could post this with zero stars I would. My sister took her daughter to get braces a few months ago and come to find out he retired. He never told my sister and she never got a letter a call or anything. So now she has a kid with a mouth full of braces and no orthodontist to go to with the insurance she has. She will have to take her daughter to Rochester or the cities. This is horrible and shame on him.

Dr. Rohrer is amazing. He always explains in detail what the plan of action will be for your treatment. I love taking my girls here as I know he will always do such a great job. His staff is absolutely amazing as well. I would recommend Dr. Rohrer's office to my friend's and family.
