I tried to start allergy shots here but didn't get past the new patient set up because the receptionist kept trying to insist that I would be charged a deductible rather than a copay, even after I pulled up my insurance paperwork and confirmed the office is in network. After some discussion I asked to reschedule so I could talk to my insurance company but the receptionist said she would do it the next day and get back to me. That was last week, and I still have not heard back. I'm opting for a different office.
