I highly recommend this center. When I first moved here to Crossville two years ago, the pollen was very high (unbeknownst to me!) My allergies were the worst they've ever been. After trying 2 allergy centers up north and not having any success I decided to give Dr. Ponder a try.I love the people that work for him, I love the way the system of getting your shots work. Very efficient. You are in and out. But, if you are alone and driving yourself you should wait at least 20 minutes to see if you have any acute after-affects. ... read more
