Quickly had our oil changed at Valvoline before a road trip and found out 1hr into the drive that they neglected to properly screw the skid plate back on. Rohloff Repair was well worth the 5-mile drive from I-35. They ensured the skid plate was securely in place and thoroughly looked over for anything else that stood out before sending us back on the road. Shout out to the Scotts for excellent service!
