Unbelievable how unprofessional this practice is. They never answer my phone calls and this is the one time I took down a review because I was worried the review may affect my son's recovery. However I need to put up my review again, on top of the other issues I have had with this experience because I can't believe what's happened since then, my son has a major infection now and has had to go back to the hospital twice now because with most surgeries I understand antibiotics are usually sent home after. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My teenage son's surgery was originally scheduled for May, and it has now been postponed until August. The repeated delays have been incredibly stressful for our family. My son has a growing lesion near his tailbone that requires surgical treatment. We also have a significant family history of cancer, so every delay naturally increases our anxiety because we still do not have answers about the nature of the growth. Hernia Surgery - Dr. Rohit Gupta I had a hernia surgery at the Bracebridge Hospital under the care of Dr. Rohit Gupta; this was on April 29, 2026. The hospital staff came across as being very friendly and caring, like family. They made me feel comfortable at all stages of the pre-operative and post-operative procedures.
