I bought house in 2023 and a month ago there was trim piece fallen out due to windstrom. I logged in ticket to fix it. Technically the time is over to honour 1 year warranty. But Mark goes above and beyond and helped me to fix the trim.
Would not recommend Rohit to anyone looking to purchase a new home. I received possession over a year ago and there has been nothing but problems. When dealing with their staff especially management you are met with an extreme belittlement and condescending and frequent lies. They just take your money and run. It’s most likely that after a full year my landscaping still won’t be finished! They refuse to take accountability for the sub contractors that made mistakes and refuse to fix. We bought our house in Aug 2024 and grading is not done yet they didn’t issue us certificates and when we go over there and complain about that team they didn’t know anything some team members say grading done some say not done yet I am trying to figure out this from 3 months but still they didn’t resolve issue. Never buy from them worst service ever
