We bought our house in Aug 2024 and grading is not done yet they didn’t issue us certificates and when we go over there and complain about that team they didn’t know anything some team members say grading done some say not done yet I am trying to figure out this from 3 months but still they didn’t resolve issue. Never buy from them worst service ever
Worst ever quality builder in Regina. Never ever buy a house. They use the cheapest material ever and they never fix anything appropriately. If the builder is reading, never ever build a house.
Bad experience with Rohit homes . We bought new home last month and after possession immediately we informed them about outside window frame is cracked even price is missing but they don't care I think.we send emails many time but they never reply on their behalf. I don't know where I have to approach to raise this concern. Bought home @ Buckingham drive Regina. No solution after discuss with you Why should I go with repair I bought new home and it's cracked from 1st day of possession
