The construction quality is poor. Home design also wastes space. Heating is uneven. Stairs start at middle of nowhere, and should not hv protruding side panels. Kitchen Island has risky sharp corners. Garage has poor design again ,barely fits a truck and wastes again dir to centralized entry steps to home. Insulation also has issues. Drains send water to front causing risk and ugly view. List of issues is endless.

"I received an email from Greg telling me that the warranty does not cover the flooring of the house I bought only four months ago. This is absolute nonsense. Furthermore, the ceiling of my bedroom is soaking up water. This is a four-month-old house. You need to address this situation as soon as possible because it is absolutely saddening that a new home is in this condition."
Worst purchase 😒
The outside cold entering the house from the kitchen hood is a big concern. Also, allow buyers to pick their interior designs like the color of the kitchen by not sticking to a particular color. The noise from the fan to the house is another concern. Making the house so noisy.
