Would not recommend Rohit to anyone looking to purchase a new home. I received possession over a year ago and there has been nothing but problems. When dealing with their staff especially management you are met with an extreme belittlement and condescending and frequent lies. They just take your money and run. We bought our house in Aug 2024 and grading is not done yet they didn’t issue us certificates and when we go over there and complain about that team they didn’t know anything some team members say grading done some say not done yet I am trying to figure out this from 3 months but still they didn’t resolve issue. Never buy from them worst service ever
Worst ever quality builder in Regina. Never ever buy a house. They use the cheapest material ever and they never fix anything appropriately. If the builder is reading, never ever build a house.
