"I received an email from Greg telling me that the warranty does not cover the flooring of the house I bought only four months ago. This is absolute nonsense. Furthermore, the ceiling of my bedroom is soaking up water. This is a four-month-old house. You need to address this situation as soon as possible because it is absolutely saddening that a new home is in this condition."
Worst purchase 😒
The outside cold entering the house from the kitchen hood is a big concern. Also, allow buyers to pick their interior designs like the color of the kitchen by not sticking to a particular color. The noise from the fan to the house is another concern. Making the house so noisy.
Have been living in rohit homes for 8months, wherever I have any concern, Mark and Greg have been awesome with my concerns. Its so nice to have them on Rohit regina team.
