I have left 1 star review when I get possession if my new home Now it has been more than a month away yet still many of the issues are still not solved One major thing is one of my kid’s bedroom window. I am facing similar issues with others here . Bought a house from Rohit South Edmonton. Heating was poorly done. Inferior materials used and the door handles falling off. Heating not working and the Edmonton support team hang off on customers because they don’t feeling listening. Please be aware of this builder. Worst service you can imagine

Still one of the biggest mistakes of my life was buying one of their townhouses in South edmonton, code violations, attic was not sealed off properly, insulation was not even properly installed, vents for heating not hooked up to main ducting. I could go on, i sent Rohit email and phone calls. Sorry sir this was out of the one year. Everyone in this complex has even worse problems now.
