We have built a duplex with Rohit and our assistant Megan Benoit has been very helpful and professional. Would not hesitate to look her up in the future for her services.

Rohit builds lovely homes
Been in our Rohit home for about a month and no complaints so far! Everything is amazing. We'd been looking to move for a while, hadn't really considered building but on a whim decided to start checking out show homes in the area. Fadi from the beginning made the process incredibly easy. Was always straight with us and guided us through every step. Both him and Megan from start to finish were interested in getting us what we wanted and making sure it happened. Can't say enough good things about the two of them!
The house falls apart slowly after 2 years, it is built to just stand warranty period so the builder doesn't have to pay for damages. All the loss falls to the owner to get things repair. They do simple mistakes at building stage which will uncover slowly. A handy man can tell the simple construction DEFECTS Rohit willingly does to save every penny. ANHW is a joke tries to save these big builders
