Extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her exam. She answered ALL of my questions and taught me a lot about my newly diagnosed MS. Saw her for a second opinion and extremely glad I did. I had an appt. a year ago and recently saw an incompetent ENT, Dr. Gregory Smith. Dr. Smith looked at my records from Penn from the neurology dept. and they were inaccurate. Something happened when these records transmitted to Dr. Smith’s office. Another patient’s information was overlapping my information. I called this office (neurologist) and when they finally answered me they said there was a mistake. No one checked it out. No one sent the ENT doctor the correct report or made an addendum on my records. No one apologized... read more
