Not sure exactly what these clowns do, but they're not good at it. If the goal is getting people to open and read your letters, don't send them authorized signiture required. They will not be picked up and will now be sent back to you. However if you just mailed it as per normal I might have actually opened it.
Doesn't answer phone. Won't return messages. Very unprofessional and rude.
Worst company to deal with!!
Received a letter from them. Have tried calling back for 5 days straight and left several voicemails. Have not heard back from anyone on a time sensitive issue. Would not do business with them if I had a choice.
Quotes were given to us faster than all other insurance agents we have dealt with. Shane is great! We went with this company after all quotes showed they provided superior coverage at a lower price for our stores.
