Business insurance has gone downhill dramatically fast with this company. My broker was a "yes man" guy, and would never go through with the things he said he would do. Late COIs, reoccurring no-responses, and false promises. Their personal insurance (home & landlord), was excellent. Matt helped me understand my insurance options, was always fast and kind with responses, and was someone you can count on. Not sure exactly what these clowns do, but they're not good at it. If the goal is getting people to open and read your letters, don't send them authorized signiture required. They will not be picked up and will now be sent back to you. However if you just mailed it as per normal I might have actually opened it.
Doesn't answer phone. Won't return messages. Very unprofessional and rude.
Worst company to deal with!!
Received a letter from them. Have tried calling back for 5 days straight and left several voicemails. Have not heard back from anyone on a time sensitive issue. Would not do business with them if I had a choice.
